For Out-Of-Network Claims

For out-of-network clients, payments can be made online when scheduling or at the time of service. Cash, check, credit card, and FHA/HSA cards are accepted. Click on the type of service you desire above for current rates.

Rates are set according to the fee schedules of insurance companies. If you don’t have insurance coverage and have financial challenges, please contact us. Payment plans or reduced rates may be available to clients who can demonstrate financial hardship.

Each Consultation Includes

  • A full medical history of each lactating parent and their baby, including health and hormonal issues, birth and breastfeeding experience
  • Evaluations of latch and milk transfer and/or pumping evaluation
  • Assessment of infant oral and structural anatomy
  • Education about typical infant behavior
  • Plenty of time to address questions and concerns
  • Referrals to other health care providers and community resources
  • A written, customized plan of care designed to meet your breastfeeding goals, including links, studies, and information sheets on relevant topics
  • Insurance documents to submit for reimbursement (for families without direct coverage)
  • A comprehensive report sent to your health care provider(s)
  • Follow-up support via secure messaging
  • Nipple ointments, nipple shields, and other breastfeeding supplies are provided as needed, at no charge
